Pascal Winkler serves as an overseeing Partner for the Technology Risk Sub-Service Line in Assurance, functioning as the leader in Attestation and Certification and leading the German-speaking IT Audit market.
Prior to these roles at EY, he was the Europe West Consulting Country Quality Leader. His broad experiences have provided him with a deep understanding of the complexities within the field of IT Assurance and Compliance.
He holds a Bachelor of Business Information Systems from the University of Applied Sciences Northwestern Switzerland and is a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), equipping him with the foundational knowledge necessary for his extensive and impactful career in Technology Risk.
