Nikhil is EY Americas Consulting Banking and Capital Markets (BCM) Leader, overseeing the portfolio of consulting clients, capabilities and solutions across the Americas. He leads a team of professionals globally who help C-suite leaders transform and operate their businesses to achieve profitable growth, operational excellence, and trusted control and oversight.

Nikhil has over 25 years of experience working with many of the world’s leading financial and technology brands to drive data-driven growth strategies, customer-centric operating models and complex technology platform transformations. He’s spent his entire career at the intersection of product, experience, technology and data.

Nikhil also has significant international consulting experience, having worked in over 15 countries across the Americas, Europe and Asia advising banks on large global transformations.

Nikhil earned his BS in MIS and Computer Science from The College of New Jersey and his MBA in Strategy from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
