Fabio has over 25 years of experience in international personal income tax, social security and global mobility advisory. He has extensive expertise in the Life Sciences and Financial Services sectors, leading global mobility services for large international clients.
Fabio is experienced with driving transformation projects to reimagine the entire global mobility function. From strategy review, policy implementation, process and technology improvement and offshoring. A key part of his role is also supporting his clients in ensuring they have effective risk management and compliance. This includes ensuring accurate global payroll reporting, particularly related to compensation and benefits, and deferred compensation awards.
As well as supporting clients he also supports EY Switzerland by leading transformation programs as COO for People Advisory Services and Consulting service lines.
