How Carmen is shaping the future with confidence
“Decarbonization is more than sustainability initiatives — it’s a transformation that touches every part of a business and its operating model. Success requires innovative strategies, technology and effective change management. This inspired me to co-found EY Sustainability, driven by my purpose to help organizations deliver decarbonization while creating broader value. Nothing motivates me more than leading this change, uniting teams and driving EY clients to adopt more sustainable, resilient and ethical business practices.”
