We are pleased to announce the upcoming roundtable events featuring the newly launched 2025 EY Law General Counsel (GC) Study, conducted in collaboration with Oxford Economics. We will host two events: in Basel on 19 May starting at 15:30 CEST and in Zurich on 21 May starting at 15:30 CEST.
The GC Study is one of the largest and most holistic of its kind in recent years, with over 1000 General Counsel / Chief Legal Officer respondents across 21 countries and 7 primary industry groups. Through the study, we have explored a wide range of disruptive influences and pressures affecting legal teams, focusing on several areas, including operating strategy, risk and governance, technology deployment and GenAI, data, sourcing models and talent management. EY teams have also held one-to-one personal interviews with General Counsels and Chief Legal Officers to understand how legal departments have been able to innovate despite the disruption.
The roundtable will be moderated by Maurus Schreyvogel and Corinna Codd from our Legal Transformation practice. We would be delighted if you could join us and other General Counsels, Chief Legal Officers, Legal Operations and Innovation leaders for one of these exclusive events.
There will also be a drinks reception after the discussion at 17:00.
