Zac Broitman

After graduating with a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Victoria, Zac began his career with FreshWorks Studio. Through his time with the fast-growing team Zac was able to contribute in a variety of roles, primary of which was as a Business Analyst. In July 2022 Zac joined EY Canada through the acquisition of FreshWorks Studio.
Zac has experience supporting app development teams across a broad range of sectors and technologies. He has worked closely with provincial government clients, crown corporations, non-profits, and clients in the private sector.
As a Senior Consultant working as part of the EY Design Studio, Zac strives to connect business stakeholders and development teams to create shared understandings and effective solutions. He is a certified Scrum Master and a champion of Agile work methodologies.

“I take pride in having helped create a variety of applications that provide real help to those often underserved. As both an analyst and Agile advocate I believe that the best solutions come when communicating directly with the stakeholders involved and building a shared understanding of the pain points being experienced. Understanding the unique circumstances of users, such as Gender Based Analysis + methods, helps us build effective solutions that are inclusive. I believe that a key factor of building a better working world is understanding how each person uniquely fits into that world.”
