As an EY Canada Associate Partner in our Consulting practice, Walter enables Canadian businesses to transform their supply chain strategy into operating models, driven by technology enablement.

Aligning client value, business priorities and the power of technology can transform supply chains in every possible way. Walter brings over 20 years of supply chain experience to his role as EY Canada’s Digital Procurement Leader. He works with clients to develop fit-for-purpose supply chain strategies along with pragmatic operating models and adoption of enabling technology. 

Recently, Walter has been driving several large-scale digital procurement transformations in the public sector space. He enables all levels of government to modernize procurement with innovative cloud technology, re-imagine business engagement processes and upskill procurement professionals. 

Walter holds an Honours Bachelor of Science in molecular genetics and microbiology from the University of Toronto; a Master’s of Business Administration in strategy and operations management from York University’s Schulich School of Business; a graduate certificate in supply chain management from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology; and a graduate certificate in strategy and transformation from University of Pennsylvania’s The Wharton School.
