With 23 years’ experience, he integrates seasoned advisory services with technology and strategic software alliances, offering clients a single entry point for cross-functional trade support.
Sylvain’s team combines human insight with innovative technologies to help importers and exporters manage customs planning, compliance and more. EY Law professionals are embedded in the practice, providing integrated support, especially in trade remedy cases.
Sylvain advocates for clients with the Canada Border Services Agency and global customs agencies. He works with multinational organizations and companies entering the Canadian market. Sylvain holds an MA from Queen’s University and has passed the Canadian and US Certified Customs Specialists exams, and the Canadian Customs Brokers Professional License Exam.
