Bringing together leaders across HR, technology, finance and payroll, Simon’s team helps businesses take a holistic, people-first approach to transformation. He draws on two decades’ experience bridging innovation and insight to transform HR functions, systems, people analytics and future of work programs.
Before joining EY in 2022, Simon led a global consulting team of professionals in Asia, Europe and North America through industry-leading, sustainable growth — always with a focus on strengthening the link between people and technology to spark new possibilities.
Simon holds a Bachelor’s of Business Administration Degree from HEC Montréal School of Business. He has completed graduate studies in project management, as well as qualifications as a Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAP Solution Architect and Microsoft Certified Solution Architect.
