Sandra leads the M&A practice at Ernst & Young Advisory Services (Pty) Ltd Africa. In addition to being the EY Africa Corporate Finance Lead, she is also the Market Segment Leader for Energy and Natural Resources. She focuses on buy-side, sell-side, joint venture and other transactions advisory services, including capital raising.
Prior to joining EY, Sandra worked at one of Africa’s largest banks, responsible for originating and executing large, multi-product transactions, having headed up the bank’s Corporate Finance team. Her experience includes many successful asset sales, acquisitions, IPOs and de-listings. Sandra holds a BCom, LLB and LLM.
