Safia Rahemtulla is a Partner in EY’s Consulting team and leads our Provincial Government Public Sector practice for Risk Consulting. She holds the CPA,CA, Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) and Certified Third Party Risk Management Professional (C3PRMP) designations.
With a background in external audit and technology risk, Safia brings a unique perspective to the world of risk consulting with a focus on risk transformation. Her experience lends itself to enterprise resilience, internal control transformation, internal audit transformation, third-party risk management and managing risk around emerging technologies.
Over the course of her career, Safia has worked with various levels of Government across the country, including Auditor Generals. She plays a vital role in guiding clients through the complexities of risk, as the landscape continues to evolve specifically due to technology and transformation. Safia's desire to positively impact the client organization and its people is one of the primary reasons why clients gravitate towards her.
