Areas of focus

Enabling multigenerational, contingent and mobile workforces to succeed begins with a deep understanding of what you’re trying to achieve together. Richard leads our Workforce Advisory practice in EY Canada’s People Advisory Services group. He’s focused on enabling clients to foster success in today’s evolving workforce.

Over his 20-year career, Richard has held HR leadership roles in both industry and professional services organizations. As part of his practice at EY, he supports clients in achieving business outcomes through effective alignment of their organizations and people. Key areas of focus for the practice include the evolution of talent in response to digital transformation, change management, culture, human resources transformation, and organization structure design.

Richard obtained his Master of Business Administration degree at Simon Fraser University. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts, Psychology, from McMaster University.
