How Mike is building a better working world
“I have found that “building a better working world” can be interpreted differently by people. What I am focused on is identifying what that means for others and then making sure they have access to the tools to be successful. The effort is truly a collaboration, utilizing experiences and technical confidence, which then ignites a personal brand. I subscribe to the narrative “what you put into something is what you get out of it.” In my nearly 20 years with EY, I have tried to capitalize on my experiences with a goal of bringing in others to leverage the experience.”
