Leslie Fiorentino is a Partner at Ernst & Young LLP with People Advisory Services Tax, working for over 30 years on the human resources and tax aspects of global employment issues.  She has advised a variety of multinational corporations in the areas of international policy design, cost reduction strategies, international assignment tax planning, global payroll issues and benchmarking.

Leslie is the EY Global Shadow Payroll Leader for EY People Advisory Services Tax, responsible for the oversight of process, methodology and service delivery.  Through her experience working with a variety of international assignment programs and her established relationships with the global EY network, she brings EY clients fresh insights, leading practices and practical approaches.

Leslie is a frequent speaker on global mobility compensation matters and taxation.

She is a U.S. Certified Public Accountant, Member of Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants and she attained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.
