Kristen has nearly 20 years of experience helping multinational companies address complex tax issues, including transactions and strategic planning, controversy and global compliance and reporting matters. She provides strategic counsel to clients around the intersection of Tax and environmental, social and governance (ESG) matters. Prior to her current role, she served as a partner in the National Tax Accounting and Risk Advisory Services practice, focusing on life sciences, technology and media clients. She was the EY US-East Region Co-source Tax Accounting Services Leader and worked with organizations to transform their tax functions leveraging global teams and new technologies.
Kristen received both her BAcc and MAcc from the University of Mississippi. She is a CPA licensed in the state of New York. She also has a tax certification from the Global Reporting Initiative, an independent, international organization that provides standards for sustainability reporting.
How Kristen is building a better working world
ESG matters are increasingly influencing the corporate agenda. Kristen is building a better working world by working across our subservice lines to address this focus with organizations and accelerate the engagement of tax stakeholder groups. She is helping companies to identify and evaluate sustainability reporting requirements and opportunities. Kristen is an avid supporter of education initiatives and has presented on tax topics at the University of Notre Dame, New York University School of Law, Fordham Business School and Baruch College.
