Humanizing the employee experience is now paramount to organizational success. As a Partner in EY’s national People Advisory Services group, Kat helps clients capture employees’ hearts and minds as well as engage their people in shared purpose across their organizations.

For two decades, Kat has put people at the heart of enterprise change so teams and organizations can manage through transformational change together. She’s worked with both public and private sector clients in Canada and around the world, developing and executing effective, extensive programs for workplace transformation, technology adoption, learning, leadership, risk and more.

Kat holds a Master of Business Administration from York University’s Schulich School of Business, as well as a Master of Industrial Relations in Organizational Behaviour from the University of Toronto. As the lead writer of a New York Times bestseller on culture strategy and leadership, Kat is both an accomplished business writer as well as a frequent speaker on leadership agility and change management.
