Hermine is leader of EY’s Wealth & Asset Management for the Québec region. She is based in Toronto.
With over 17 years’ experience in financial services gained from working in Europe, Asia-Pacific and the Americas, Hermine helps financial institutions successfully transform at scale, aligning their business and operational strategies.
Hermine spent nearly nine years with EY before moving to BNP Paribas Securities Services to advance the organization’s business strategies across Asia-Pacific markets. In 2021, she returned to EY, where she is pleased to lead the charge in building a world of sustainable and inclusive financial services.
Hermine holds an MSc in Engineering from Télécom SudParis, complemented by Investments and Securities studies at the Chinese University of Hong Kong. She is an Agile Practitioner and has a Six Sigma Green Belt.
