An experienced leader, Eric has managed and developed high-performing teams in operational and project-based environments for nearly two decades. He’s worked across the public sector as well as the financial services, energy and not-for profit spaces. Eric concentrates on human capital strategy, organizational change management, learning and development, organizational design, process improvement and business transformation. He is passionate about helping people and organizations thrive at every stage of the change journey.
Eric holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from the University of Ottawa’s Telfer School of Management, with double specialization in strategic human resources and international business. He is also certified in the PROSCI Change Management Methodology and is a Certified Management Consultant (CMC).
