Building on two decades of consulting and industrial experience, Dzmitry has driven large-scale transformation programs and provided both strategic consulting and general management services for clients in Asia, the Middle East and Eastern Europe. He draws on vast experience and a digital lens to help clients reimagine business goals and operational efficiencies with the future in mind. Dzmitry has served clients in the chemicals and petrochemicals, mining and metals, and energy industries at a global scale. Prior to joining EY in 2021, Dzmitry co-founded and developed a Canadian proptech startup based on proprietary machine learning and artificial intelligence tools.
Dzmitry holds a Master’s of Business Administration degree from INSEAD.
