Focused on delivering value and positioning private and public sector clients for continued success, David’s business acumen, collaborative and thoughtful demeanour and analytical skills contribute to every planning angle, thoroughly analyzing and molding each stage of development for success.

Having informed and guided over 100 development projects, from master planned communities to high rise development, David anticipates market trends to deliver sustainable solutions that reflect his clients short- and long-term priorities.

A former junior hockey player, David holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Guelph. As a board member and founding chair of the Urban Land Institute’s Alberta District Council, he is committed to shaping the future and transforming communities worldwide.
