Christelle is an Associate Partner on the EY-Parthenon Strategy team. She is also the Life Sciences Leader in Eastern Canada.
A senior executive with solid experience in life sciences and precision medicine, including AI, Christelle spent more than 25 years in the pharmaceutical industry and with strategic consulting firms in France, Italy and Canada. She successfully led strategic initiatives for pharmaceutical organizations, diagnostic executives and national associations to foster innovation and impact growth strategy.
Christelle spearheaded Montréal International’s Life Sciences & Health Technologies division, where she supervised foreign investment attraction to develop Montréal’s life sciences ecosystem. She also joined a leading AI startup in precision oncology, where she formed strategic partnerships with pharmaceutical companies.
Christelle is a Doctor of Pharmacy with a Master’s Degree in Industrial Pharmacy (Microbiology and Biotechnology) from Université Claude Bernard in Lyon, France.
