Backed by 15 years of transaction experience, Chris is a Partner and Senior Vice President with Ernst & Young Orenda Corporate Finance Inc. He previously spent two years in EY’s Private Assurance Practice.
Focused exclusively on private company transactions in a wide mix of industries including manufacturing and distribution, business-to-business services, consumer products, and technology, Chris advises clients in mergers and acquisitions, financial due diligence and valuations.
Plugged into the world of private transactions, Chris is a frequent contributor to industry publications, and a regular presenter on EY’s Private Company Webcast Series.
He graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce from the Smith School of Business at Queen’s University in Kingston, Ontario, and holds CA, CPA and CBV designations. Chris is also a Series 7 and 63 representative.
