Deeply experienced and vastly certified across a wide range of tech solutions, Alison has led consulting engagements across ServiceNow implementations and supported service management processes for more than 20 years. She provides best practices across enterprise domains including Human Resources, Information Technology and Customer Service Management and subject matter advice, driving the creation of integrated implementation roadmaps and recommendations. She was Vice-President of Professional Services at SuMO IT Solutions, before the firm joined forces with EY in 2021.

Alison holds a Bachelor of Arts in English and history from Queen’s University, and a diploma in information technology and networking from Algonquin College of Applied Arts and Technology.
