Stuart’s role is to ensure we continue to deliver profitable growth that can drive future investments and career development opportunities for our people.

Prior to his current role, Stuart led the Private Equity practice in UK&I. He specialises in large, international, private equity and corporate transactions.

He has over 25 years of experience in advising clients on over 400 transactions, ranging from buy-side auction processes through to full pre-acquisition due diligence, funding, re-financing and sell-side disposal processes. Whilst working across a wide range of consumer, business services and industrial products businesses, he has worked on over 200 deals in the packaging, testing, inspection and certification (TIC), professional services and food manufacturing sub-sectors.
