As a Partner with EY-Parthenon, Mats focusses on energy transition and policy-led transformation. Prior to this, he was Head of International Trade, Economics and Policy Unit and Brexit Lead at EY UK&I, Chief of Staff to the UK Chancellor (2019-2020) and Special Advisor to the UK Prime Minister (2015-2016).
He holds a MS from the London School of Economics and a BS from Liberty University.
