Mark’s current role is as a Director, Ernst & Young LLP, in Global Managed Services where he helps clients who want to focus on non-core but critical Board activities, such as internal controls.
Mark builds managed services solutions that encompass people, process and technology to drive outcome-based commercial models for our clients. These are some of EY’s largest and most complex deals.
Recently, Mark has: built a managed services solution for a client where EY teams will run a covered bond banking operation; worked on a ‘know your customer’ operation within financial crime and; delivered payroll operate services. Mark has also developed a managed services solution for financial internal controls to help clients remain compliant to the proposed new corporate reform legislation within the UK.
Prior to EY, Mark spent 15 years at a computer hardware company, within its outsourcing operation, where he provided solutions within its Global Technology Services Business.
