How Lopa is building a better working world
“As partner sponsor for the Junior Development in Tech Programme, I have helped extend access to applicants from all walks of life, ensuring young people from every background are able to access a career in technology. By prioritising accessibility and taking practical steps to open the application process, I have helped to realise greater gender diversity and neurodiversity in our candidate pool.
I regularly speak at conferences to promote the importance of diversifying the technology sector, empowering women to enter the field of cyber and STEM. By uplifting and championing women, we will be able to create a more inclusive, equitable and innovative workforce, and a better working world.”
