How Claire is building a better working world
“As a woman in a senior position, I feel a responsibility to play my part in pushing the door open for people. I want everyone to feel part of the team, equal and included in achieving our ambitions. I try to demonstrate this through my day-to-day actions, from actively encouraging everyone to contribute and share their views in meetings, through to being a Partner sponsor in our reverse mentoring programme, which is about creating a better understanding of how our junior team members from BAME backgrounds experience the workplace.
I want my children’s working world to be inclusive and diverse, and I would like to be able to explain how I have contributed to the progress made.”
