How Chris is building a better working world

“Chris is motivated by ensuring that his clients achieve a fair outcome and that they are able to preserve value in the business and improve resilience for the benefit of all of their relevant stakeholders.

In his work, which takes place in challenging, stressed and distressed environments, he always strives to achieve a balanced result. This can often be difficult, as stakeholders may have opposing priorities and requirements but taking action guided by what is right for the wider company, will often deliver the optimum result for all stakeholder groups – whether they are employees, financial stakeholders, regulators or customers.”
