Arnaud de Giovanni joined EY in April 2015 and currently serves as the EY Global Renewables Leader. Previously, Arnaud spent 18 years in investment banking, mainly in London, working for power and utilities (P&U) clients.
Arnaud advised key P&U clients on some of the transforming transactions of the sector, such as the merger between Gaz de France and Suez, the creation of Alpiq and the acquisition of Edison by EDF. He also helped large global utilities build their renewable footprint.
French-Italian, he worked on a number of infrastructure transactions in France outside the P&U sector, particularly with private equity funds, such as the sale of TDF by France Telecom and the acquisition of Vinci Park by Ardian.
