How is Victoria Building a Better Working World?
I am passionate about supporting and growing people and organisations that deliver social, economic and environmental benefits to communities, particularly indigenous communities.
Passionate about improving outcomes for whānau and communities, Victoria supports the public and Māori sectors to take a holistic and human-centred approach to the design and delivery of strategies, services and systems change. The work Victoria does often requires tackling complex socio-economic issues and systemic biases and inequities. Victoria is courageous in her leadership in this space. She is supportive in her approach to uplifting understanding and is committed to ensuring the desires and aspirations of community are heard and matched with the right vehicles to drive meaningful change.
