Stefan believes that fresh data is paramount for remuneration decision-making. He helps his clients get data and provides certainty that they are basing their decisions on reliable information.

Stefan has six years of experience in the development and operation of remuneration surveys in New Zealand. He is intimately involved in the processing and services of the majority of our annual industry surveys and several custom client surveys.

His experience includes creating and conducting surveys for clients requiring bespoke remuneration data.

He co-developed EY online remuneration database and survey processing solution - the EY People Insights Centre (EPIC).
