Krysta works with clients and communities to understand what matters, and what will make a difference. She draws on behavioural science, data, and people-centred design to form insights that shape the way forward.
Krysta has worked across Australia and New Zealand on social reforms that aim to improve the wellbeing, and outcomes, of our communities. She has had a particular focus in the justice sector and on children and families wellbeing, and developing ways to weave together insights and practices from western science and indigenous knowledge.
Krysta holds a PhD in cognitive and behavioural neuroscience from The University of Melbourne where she investigated how we regulate our attention and wellbeing. Her passion for deeply understanding people – and why we do what we do – started with her work at Youthline and Christchurch Women’s Refuge while she was completing her BSc(Hons) at the University of Otago.
How Krysta is building a better working world
I bring together different perspectives, data, and experiences to tell the stories of people and communities. These are the stories that can inform decisions to shape the wellbeing of current and future generations
