Jay leads the US firm’s Financial Services Profit Improvement services. In this capacity, he works with client leadership to identify, develop and execute transformative initiatives to improve profit and margin, reduce costs and create capacity for growth. Previously, Jay was a global head of cost and productivity improvement at two global universal banks.

Jay holds a BE in Mechanical Engineering and an MS in Industrial Engineering.
