As Global Client Service Partner for the Institutions of the European Union in EY Special Business Services, Alessandro is responsible for helping public and private sector organizations with strategy, policy and program design and implementation, to help them deliver value to businesses and citizens.

With more than 20 years of professional experience, Alessandro has advised the European Commission, the World Bank, United Nations agencies and major European governments. He has directed several projects in different policy fields, including transportation, infrastructure, environment, small and medium enterprises, entrepreneurship and digitally-enabled innovation.

A professional with deep knowledge of impact assessment and public policy evaluation, as well as structural and investment funds management, he earned his postgraduate diploma in Foreign Trade from the Italian Institute of Foreign Trade and his degree in European Community Environmental Policy from the University of Rome.
