Kohei Nakajima provides legal advice to both Japanese and overseas companies on M&A, joint ventures, corporate restructuring and startup investments.
He assists clients with examination and litigation cases and provides compliance advice based on his in-depth knowledge of antitrust and competition laws. Prior to joining EY in 2018, he worked at the Japan Fair Trade Commission.
He also facilitates solutions to issues across a wide range of corporate sectors, negotiating contracts and representing his clients in cross-border lawsuits and arbitration in Japan and foreign jurisdictions.
He is admitted to the Dai-ichi Tokyo Bar Association and a graduate of Osaka University.
