Hiroshi Suzuki joined EY Transaction Advisory Services in 2005 after working at a prominent bank. He was assigned to the restructuring division from 2005 to 2007 and then transferred to the Valuation, Modeling & Economics division, where he has provided assessment services centering on M&A to support decision-making by clients. 

His experience in assessment services ranges broadly from fairness opinions and management buy-out (MBO) endorsements to take-over bid (TOB) ratings and stock exchange ratios, deals for stock/business acquisition or sale, and assessments of financial institutions, manufacturing companies, medical and drug discovery ventures, and the public sector.

As an advisor and as a third party, I provide objective evaluations of various things, whether stock, business, tangible, or intangible. These assessments help clients make decisions for realizing their goals and dreams. 

What is necessary for this is the growth of individuals who respect one another and being an organization that can grow as well. I’m focused on building a professional team with members who always faithfully engage in their work and fulfill their responsibilities regardless of the project’s size.
