He has a rich experience in transaction-related activities on the buy side and sell side, including M&A, private equity, transaction structuring, mezzanine finance, corporate restructuring, financial appraisal of projects, debt syndication, transaction documentation, and bid advisory.

Jitesh holds a postgraduate diploma from IIM Lucknow and a bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering from Mumbai University.
