Jenny is an Audit Partner with 15 years of experience providing professional assurance services to both public and private organizations in Switzerland and the US, in a variety of industries such as industrial products, power and technology, professional services, oil and gas, consumer products, insurance, and software.
She is experienced in serving clients that prepare financial statements in accordance with US GAAP and IFRS and which are listed on stock exchanges in Switzerland and the US, with extensive knowledge of PCAOB, SEC and Swiss SIX rules and regulations.
Jenny also has extensive experience with capital markets transactions including IPOs, carve-outs, equity and debt financing – including issuance of comfort letters in accordance with both US and ICMA standards.
