"How is Dominique building a better working world?"
As a highly experienced International Development Leader, I’m committed to improving people’s lives by giving them better access to health, education and work, and reducing inequalities within and between nations.
I can make a difference by helping organizations deliver innovative and sustainable solutions to society’s big challenges. I combine strategic thinking with deep expertise in governance, risk management and operations, to turn ideas into action, and keep projects on track and within budget. My focus is always on using funds effectively to benefit those most in need.
Outside of EY, my passion for inclusivity and community extends to my personal life, where I work either as audit committee member, chairman or board member with a number of organization, charities and NGOs assisting disadvantaged groups like people with disabilities, long-term unemployed and poorer children. I’m also directly involved in fundraising and have run several marathons to support various charities.
Above all, I believe organizations should be driven by strong ethical values, and seek to instil integrity into my own and my teams’ work, always keeping our word, winning clients’ trust, and staying true to EY’s purpose to build a better working world.
