Mind Matters: Bridging Mental Health Conversations on International Men’s Day

Join us in celebrating International Men’s Day with our event, "Mind Matters: Bridging Mental Health Conversations," hosted by EY's Professional Women’s Network. While November highlights men’s health, this event is for everyone, as we aim to raise awareness and celebrate the men in our lives by acknowledging their contributions, challenges, and the importance of their emotional well-being.

Event Objective

This event aims to create a supportive environment to discuss mental health, with a special focus on men’s experiences. Attendees will explore self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and learn practical strategies for supporting mental health, backed by evidence-based data highlighting the prevalence of mental health challenges. Understanding and addressing these challenges benefits everyone.

Why Attend?

This is an opportunity to engage in meaningful discussions about men’s mental health, gain practical insights, and celebrate the men who make a difference in our lives.

The event will be held in person at our EY offices in Zurich and Geneva. Both sessions will be conducted in English and are open to all EY colleagues and external guests. We encourage you to share this invitation with anyone who may benefit from this important conversation.

We look forward to your participation and to collectively advancing the dialogue on mental health and well-being while celebrating the men who make a difference in our lives.
