Conditions of participation in the EY Lucky Draw on social media

The organizer of this competition is Ernst & Young AG, Aeschengraben 27, 4051 Basel.

By participating in the competition, the user accepts these conditions of participation.

Participation is allowed from the age of 18, only one entry per person is possible. The competition organizer is entitled to exclude participants with a pseudonym, a falsified identity, and participants with multiple registrations from the competition.

Participation is free of charge.

Employees of the competition organizer and other persons involved in the conception and implementation of this competition are excluded from participation.

The draw will only take place among those participants who have submitted their entries via comment below our competition posting on our Instagram account (ey_switzerland) at the time of the draw (29.11.2024-19.12.2024) and who have provided the necessary information truthfully and completely.

The winners will be drawn at random on 2.12, 9.12, 16.12 and 19.12.2024 at 12:00 noon.

The winners will be notified personally after the draw and the prize will be sent by regular mail in the form of a package to the address provided by the winner.

A total of four draws will be held and a total of four prizes will be raffled off. All Winners will receive a surprise package of EY goodies.  

The organizer is entitled to exclude individual persons from participation if abuse and/or violations of these conditions of participation are suspected/detected or if there are other important reasons. In such cases, prizes may also be subsequently withdrawn and reclaimed.

The organizer's decisions are final. Inquiries in this regard cannot be answered.

The organizer reserves the right to suspend the competition in whole or in part if any difficulties arise that jeopardize the integrity of the competition.

Legal recourse is excluded. No correspondence will be entered into about the competition, except with the winners.

The Terms and Conditions of Use and Participation shall remain binding in their remaining parts even if individual provisions are legally invalid. Invalid provisions shall be replaced by an appropriate provision that comes closest to the purpose of the invalid provision.

The processing of personal data by the competition organizer is carried out in accordance with the privacy policy at https://www.ey.com/en_ch/legal-and-privacy

The exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from and in connection with this competition is Zurich. The competition and all legal relationships between the competition organizer and any winners shall be governed exclusively by Swiss law, to the complete exclusion of the conflict of laws provisions and the provisions of the Vienna Sales Convention (United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods of 11.4.1980).
