What are your benefits as an apprentice at EY?
An apprenticeship at EY is anything but ordinary. In order to give you maximum support in your personal and professional development, we offer you a range of benefits:
EY covers the costs of all your textbooks. In the first month of each apprenticeship year, a lump sum is transferred to your payroll account in accordance with the recommendations of the Kaufmännischer Verband (KV). The amount of the textbook costs varies across cantons and apprenticeships.
We bear part of the costs for your language stays in France and England (two weeks respectively).
EY contributes to the costs of the preparatory week for the qualification procedure.
EY contributes to the examination costs for a language diploma (up to CHF 200).
KV immersive programme: On the condition that you achieve the required grades, EY contributes 50 percent of the costs for a six-month KV immersive stay in the French-speaking part of Switzerland (headquarters in Lausanne, school in Nyon).
On the condition that you achieve the required grades, EY contributes 50 percent of the costs for an exchange year abroad after the first year of your apprenticeship.
Whom are we looking for?
We expect you to have good grades in school and enjoy tackling digital tasks. You should be interested in the business world, curious, open-minded and have a hunger to learn.
You enjoy taking initiative, you have team spirit, creativity and good communication skills. Your well-groomed appearance and confidence bring out the best in you.
EY is not looking for employees who know it all, but for colleagues who are motivated, want to learn and communicate openly. The required knowledge can be gained over time.
Be yourself and let your authentic self convince us. We look forward to meeting you.

We will review your application, placing priority on your potential and your talent. If it’s a match and we would like to get to know you, we will call you to arrange for an interview appointment.
You’ll be invited to either to come to our office, so that you get to know our business and HR experts in a personal meeting, or meet up virtually with us.
