With a passion for responsible, ESG conscious divestments, James is experienced in corporate spinoffs, M&A strategy and sell-side operational change management. He has worked in Europe, Asia, and is now based in New York City, USA.
James’ clients are typically international conglomerates, and he has been supporting majority of the recent U.S. based mega corporate spinoffs.
Previously, he worked in corporate development for a European-based industrial conglomerate, as well as a management consultant.
James holds Master of Business Administration from New York University – Leonard N. Stern School of Business and Master of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Bristol, UK.
