With over 20 years’ professional experience, Margit supports EY’s clients in strategic human resources planning, practical implementation and in the adoption of diverse strategic corporate HR programmes. During her career with EY, she has held various regional and local HR leadership roles. She is also an active contributor to the development of EY’s People Advisory Services Department in Central and Eastern Europe.
