How Sheena is building a better working world

“I have worked with governments all over the world, helping them to use digital technologies to improve the services they provide to citizens. This could involve improving financial well-being or streamlining pension, visa or tax services.

By aiding governments in enhancing their digital architecture, I play a crucial role in facilitating improved accessibility of vital services for citizens, whilst simultaneously enabling governments to enhance efficiency and reduce paper usage.

I also lead our digital academy solution for the government and infrastructure sector, which sources and develops digital capabilities within the civil service. We prioritise sourcing candidates from underprivileged, neurodiverse, under-represented, and economically disadvantaged backgrounds.”
