How Sean is building a better working world

"Since I started working in the government and infrastructure sector almost 18 years ago, I have realised that my working purpose is clear: I help clients enhance their safety practices.

This simple mantra is at the forefront of everything I do and helps me to deliver clarity and value for clients, whilst also helping protect frontline infrastructure workers.

Through my leadership of programmes such as Planning4Delivery, designed to support safety improvements across the UK rail network, we have been able to reduce the risk of track worker fatalities and injuries on the railway.

By putting safety at the heart of my consultancy practice, I help to build a better working world for every worker that comes into contact with the UK rail network, ensuring that frontline workers return home safely every day."
