Sarah has over 19 years of experience advising on all aspects of non-contentious intellectual property (IP), IT, data laws, and regulation, and commercial contracts. She is also the UK&I Law Lead for the Technology, Media & Entertainment and Telecommunications (TMT) industry and is an Advisory Board Member of an Artificial Intelligence (AI) group.

Sarah focusses on sustainable and emerging technologies, including AI and robotic process automation (RPA), blockchain and digital assets, the metaverse, and Web3. She advises clients across various sectors on the sourcing, deployment and commercialisation of technologies as part of their digital transformation and growth strategies.

Sarah helps clients protect valuable data and IP, manage third-party and regulatory risk and liability, and secure returns on investment when developing and deploying AI, RPA and other innovative technologies, or integrating them into complex, multi-vendor supply-chains.

She is a qualified Solicitor of the Supreme Courts of England and Wales.

Through my work with AI interest groups, trade associations and UK political bodies, I strive to illuminate the social and economic impacts of AI, championing inclusion in the tech industry and informing policies that ensure technological advancements benefit underserved communities.”
