A partner in the Financial Services practice at Ernst & Young LLP, Sara leads the EY FinTech M&A practice for the Americas and assists FinTech companies with strategic investment decisions, including M&A, JVs and new market entry.
With about 20 years of industry experience, she has helped EY clients translate growth strategies into practical action, providing advice on the identification of potential partners, financial modeling and business case analysis and valuation, and deal execution.
Sara is committed to building the FinTech ecosystem through her participation in select incubators and accelerators.
Sara is also a Senior Managing Director, US Financial Technology Investment Banking for Ernst & Young Capital Advisors, LLC (EYCA) where she advises clients on M&A and capital raises, including M&A growth strategies, joint ventures, growth and acquisition financing as well as divestitures and full exits.
She earned an MBA from Cornell University and a BA in Rhetoric and French Literature from the University of Virginia. Sara holds FINRA Series 24, 7, 63 and 79 licenses.
