Rob serves as the People Experience Digital Workplace Lead in EY People Consulting services. He is focussed on aiding clients throughout EMEIA with the adoption of innovative technologies. Rob is experienced in crafting strategies for communication, learning and engagement. 

Previously, Rob held several roles in diversity, equity and inclusion, as well as engagement, communications and risk management at a major banking group. During this time, he was extensively involved in social media, events, partnerships and the cultivation of an employee resource group, where he had a particular emphasis on championing ethnic diversity within the organisation.

Rob graduated with first-class honors in Business Studies from De Montfort University.

How Rob is building a better working world

Rob has been at the forefront of pioneering the EY Everyday AI offering, collaborating closely with clients, global alliances and our Digital Center of Excellence.

His leadership of this initiative has been instrumental in establishing a connected approach to identifying, testing and managing change and adoption of generative AI in the workplace.

By tailoring solutions to resonate with the workforce and their core values, Rob has been diligently developing strategies that accelerate the adoption process in organisations. His focus on augmentation demonstrates his commitment to empowering employees to achieve more, explore new opportunities and reclaim valuable time, ultimately contributing to a better working world.
